WHAT YOUR TICKET SUPPORTS

Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity

As a registered charity, Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity relies entirely on voluntary donations to keep saving lives across Wiltshire and Bath. Operating all year long, their team responds to an average of four emergencies a day, delivering hospital level care by land and air, often in life-threatening situations. Your support helps ensure they can continue this lifesaving service.

FearFree

On average, victims of domestic abuse experience 50 incidents before seeking help. FearFree works to break this cycle by providing personalised support to victims of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and stalking across the South West. Their work is life-changing, not only for survivors but also for perpetrators, helping to prevent future harm.

MELKSHAM CIVIC AWARDS

In addition to entertainment, we will celebrate the spirit of our community with the presentation of the Civic Awards, recognising outstanding contributions in the following categories:

·      Advocate for Vulnerable People 2026

·      Champion for Tackling Deprivation 2026

·      Community Volunteer of the Year

·      Young Volunteer of the Year

MORE WAYS TO GET INVOLVED

The Mayor’s Reception provides businesses with an excellent opportunity to showcase community spirit and position their brand in front of influential members of the local area.

Table Sponsorship

Signal your commitment to the community by sponsoring a table, one of the most impactful ways businesses can get involved. For £150+VAT, your brand will be prominently displayed at the event and featured across Melksham Town Council’s online channels, while event profits go to supporting the mayor’s chosen charities to continue their life-changing work.

As a sponsor you will receive:

·      Prominent logo display on your sponsored table. Let us know if you would like any key details included on your table display! For example, raise awareness that your business has recently moved locations.

·      Social media recognition across Melksham Town Council channels, which has over 7,000+ combined followers.

·      Inclusion in event press releases.

Thank you to CrossFit Civitas, Tax Assist Accountants, Rhino Play, The Hiding Place, Melksham Recycling and Skips and Dick Lovett for already sponsoring! You too could join them in fundraising for two incredible charities.

Raffle Donation

One of the event highlights and a key fundraiser, is our raffle and auction that attracts the attention of guests throughout the evening. Local businesses are welcomed to help make this year’s raffle even bigger by donating a prize and helping to engage more participants to raise money for charity.

If your business is interested in supporting the event, contact: partnership@melksham-tc.gov.uk
