Education

Aware+
First aid is a statutory part of the PSHE curriculum. To support the delivery of the first aid elements, we offer sessions to schools, home education groups and community clubs such as Scouts and Brownies. Our sessions are delivered by qualified teachers who are also first aid instructors. All sessions are matched to the age of the children and adapted for the needs of children with Special Educational Needs and / or Disabilities.
Our aim is to educate children by providing them with the knowledge and skills to confidently act in a medical emergency prior to the arrival of an ambulance
In 2025, we delivered our Aware+ training to over 8,750 young people in over 60 primary and secondary schools across Wiltshire and Bath. Our ambition is to teach every child in these areas valuable lifesaving skills.
There is a £2.50 per child charge for school bookings.
Accredited First Aid Training
We are delighted to offer Accredited First Aid Training for businesses and individuals across Wiltshire and Bath.
There are two options available, a one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course or a more comprehensive three-day First Aid at Work course.
Training takes place at our airbase in Semington, but we can also provide training at your workplace for groups of 10. Certificates last for three years but you can come to us for an annual refresher.

Take on the Chalk Walk this April!
Inspired by Wiltshire’s famous chalk figures, the route offers two distances to suit everyone: a main route of 32 miles and a shorter option of 17 miles, perfect for families, friends, colleagues or clubs looking for a shared outdoor challenge.
