The iconic race circuit at Castle Combe will play host to the event on Sunday 6 October (11am-4pm), with tickets now on general sale.

There will be a family cycle ride on the main circuit over the space of five hours and entrants can choose to take part in as many laps as they want.

The ride is open to people of all ages and abilities. Why not set yourself a target and even make it a sponsored fundraiser?

There will also be a Sportive 50-mile road ride taking place at 8am, spanning across the local countryside and ending up back at the track to join the rest of the family day.

“This is our first cycling event for seven years and it is fantastic that we can hold it at the hugely popular Castle Combe Race Circuit."

Kat Bowhay, WAA event planner

“Whether you’re new to cycling or an avid rider, CycleFest has something for you.”

In addition to the family cycle and road ride, there will be a host of food and stalls and children’s activities.

Bicycle safety checks will also be available, alongside proficiency training and the chance to engage with local cycling groups.

RPM Biketrials Display team will be putting on four displays throughout the day, packed full of stunts and skills to wow the crowd.

Entry costs £5 for adults and £3 for under-16s, while participation in the Sportive road ride costs £40.
