Richard Youens

Life President

Richard sadly passed away in October 2024 at the age of 81. His passion and heartfelt care for the charity is sadly missed.

Richard was a trustee for the charity from 2011-2018, latterly holding the role of Chairman.

After stepping down from the Board, he was made a Life President of the charity.

Now retired, Richard spent much his career as a partner of Graham Miller & Co, city loss adjusters. 

He also flew helicopters around the Philippines for the movie Apocalypse Now.
