Louise joined Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity in September 2010 in a relief capacity, and became a permanent member of the team in 2014.

She has previously worked as a Team Leader in the SWASFT North HART (hazardous area response team) Unit.

Louise also works for the charity as Aftercare and Strategic Projects Manager.
