Celebrate our 35th year of operation with this special challenge.
The Great Helicopter Build Off
Get creative in our brand-new Air Ambulance Week challenge for 2025!
We want you to re-create our Bell 429 Helicopter. Whether you paint it, draw it, build it, sculpt it or even knit it. It's up to you!
Once you have produced your masterpiece, send us a picture to events@wbairambulance.org.uk. Make sure to include your name and age. We may even feature some on our social media!
The deadline for entries is 10am on Wednesday 10 September (during Air Ambulance Week) and the winner will be announced on Friday 12 September at 3pm on our social media.
The lucky winner will get a behind the scenes look at our airbase and the chance to display the winning helicopter in our trophy cabinet (size dependent!).
Once you have registered, we will send you a competition pack with useful tips and resources.

The deadline for entries is Wednesday 10 September at 10am, any entries submitted after this time will not be counted in the competition.
Winner will be chosen by a member of our crew and announced on social media.
If the creator is under the age of 18, the guardian must provide their own contact details to register for the competition.
