George Williams

George Williams

Line Pilot

George joined Wiltshire and Bath Air Ambulance Charity in October 2022.

He spent 18 years in the Royal Air Force flying Merlin helicopters across the world and then worked as a test pilot at Boscombe Down.

After leaving full-time service, he flew HEMS for numerous air ambulance charities across the UK whilst also training and checking the flying skills of other pilots in the training school.

George loves flying so much, he even does it in his spare time.

Have you been treated by us?

If you or someone you know has been treated by our critical care team, it would be great to hear from you. We can arrange for a visit to the airbase for the chance to meet our pilots, paramedics and doctors.
